Breakaway Earns Certified Age Friendly Designation

Feb 2024 — We are thrilled to announce that Breakaway has earned the Certified Age-Friendly designation, awarded by the Age Friendly Institute, the nation's premier certification program dedicated to identifying organizations committed to providing outstanding workplaces for employees aged 50 and above.

To achieve this certification, Breakaway collaborated closely with the Certified Age-Friendly team, addressing key aspects such as recruiting, workplace policies, practices, and programs. The comprehensive evaluation covered twelve categories of recognized best practices for age-friendly organizations.
