Wendi Setchfield has owned and operated small and medium sized businesses for more than 20 years. She knows firsthand that owners need a clear, accurate picture of their financial position so they can make informed decisions aimed at growth.

Wendi has extensive experience in the oil & gas and manufacturing industries, with a strong background in lean manufacturing/operations, and in quality, regulatory, and safety requirements. She also has years of experience working with legal counsel. She enjoys leading cross-functional teams toward a common goal, and can help guide her clients through the critical steps of hiring, managing, coaching, and empowering employees.

Wendi holds bachelors degrees in both biochemistry and business, as well as certificates in Pathways to Leadership, Lean Manufacturing, AIB Advanced HACCP certified, OSHA30, and more.

She is an avid SCUBA diver and all around adventurer, spending as much time as she can exploring the country in the family RV with her husband, two sons, and two beloved dogs. She is even a former licensed pyrotechnician! When she’s not working, traveling, or driving her boys to sports practices, you can find Wendi at home cooking or working on a new home renovation project.
